My home needed extensive repairs before it could be listed, and I honestly had no idea where to start. Natiesha took immediate action — she met with contractors, helped create a clear renovation plan, and oversaw the entire process with skill and confidence. She was very hands-on and made sure everything stayed on track. We started renovations in October, were on the market and fully staged by December, and closed by February. The final sale price was well above what I originally expected, simply because Natiesha knew how to position the home and guide the repairs properly.
